About us
JCR-Link is a consulting company that offers you consultation on chemical regulations over North East Asian countries.
It aims to assist in business entities to improve distribution efficiency of their materials by reducing barriers produced by varying regulations over this region, and to enhance sound chemical product development by providing regulatory information at appropriate timing on new product introduction process.
JCR-Link launched its business on December 8, 2009 and started from handling Japanese regulations in the beginning. If you have any question and/or support, please feel free to contact us.

I worked in a corporate product responsibility section for 15 years, after experiencing research and development of inks and clear coats for automotive and decorative products and notification of pharmaceuticals and pesticides in relevant business units. During this period, took ME curriculum course at Tokyo Women’s Medical College to learn elementary of medical science and pharmaceutics. In the product responsibility section, served as a 3M Toxicology Coordinator for Global 3M for coordinating chemical regulatory issues, and worked as a specialist for domestic and global major regulations. During this period, I acted as a member of the CSCL (Chemical Substance Control Law) sub-working team in Japan Chemical Industrial Association. In addition to this, as a frequent speaker, I had explained Japanese chemical regulatory issues at ChemCon conferences, a workshop presided by China authority and a seminar of major chemical entity in overseas. |

I established the company with an aim to assist in business entities both in Japan and overseas to improve distribution efficiency of their materials, by reducing barriers produced by varying and emerging chemical regulations over North East Asian nations. For this purpose, JCR-Link offers consulting and information services on chemical regulations of the region. JCR-Link hopes to be a good partner of companies who promote their business with sound strategies on chemical regulations. |
