General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine released a special statement at the enforcement of the ordinance (December 1, 2011). (Proposal matter: about the interpretation of the ordinance, GHS compliance, and quality control) The administration also announced that it has already started to prepare the draft provision on the Dangerous Chemical Safety Management.
