How to become a consulting member of JCR-Link?

Thank you for visiting our Web site and for your interests for becoming a consulting member of our company. For those who are willing to become a consulting member of JCR-Link, please follow the next procedure. Again, thank you for your entry!
1. Entry procedure for membership:
| 1) | Please send a mail with following information to cnslt-mbr@jcr-link.com |
| 2) | We will send business agreement for this service. |
| 3) | After reaching an business agreement, we will send the information of bank accounts for the remittance. Except annual contract 1, (see consulting fee table), in principle, all the consulting fee shall be paid before starting consultation service. For annual contract 1, in principle, all the fee shall be paid within thirty (30) calendar days after the agreement, but if a client desires, half of the consulting fee may be paid within the same period, and the other fee may be paid before entering into the last half of the contract period. (Please pay for remittance charge etc. when required, in addition to the membership fee.) |

A rough guide for the number of questions available for a client: |

| 1) | There is no strict rule for the number of questions. However, as a rough indication, we would like to propose 10 questions on average and Max.15 for each month. The number can be flexible to meet your business requirements. We do not count the number. |
| 2) | 30 questions are available for a client for an year. We count the number. However, accompanying small questions will not be counted. |

3. Disclaimer:
In addition to the disclaimer expressed in the disclaimer section, following terms shall be applied for the Consultation Service Membership contracts. The Consultation Service Contracts shall be terminated by either party in the event either party:
JCR-Link Co., Ltd shall make its best efforts to refund fees for the remaining contract period which does not include the month that the above events occurred. However, when the refund by JCR-Link Co., Ltd. is impossible, members shall waive all the rights for the refund. Member shall be deemed to have agreed to this agreement at the time of submission of the entry information to JCR-Link Co., Ltd. |
